Hannah told her 2nd grade teacher she needed to go to the Doctor

Bad day In school. 
Hannah told the teacher she had to go to the Clinic something was wrong with her heart.  When she saw the Doctor she said something was wrong with her heart it was hurting, she further explained that her classmate boyfriend said he liked her best friend Jara and they were now boyfriend and girlfriend. 
The Doctor told Hannah to just sit for a while then she returned to class after her broken heart was fixed.
